View VideoWe custom designed a three level house that is set into a real cliff located in Norway. The first level is titled Dream, an outdoor environment where you can swim in a pool that cantilevers out over the cliff, chill in the zen garden, or walk to a pavilion to watch video content. You then take an elevator down into the second level that includes a kitchen, living, bedroom, & bathroom. Play is the most subterranean level that includes a golf simulator, car storage garage, billiard room, and a plank to walk out off the cliff. The overarching concept is that this VR environment can be sponsored/hosted by different clients to host meetings, have private parties or events, incorporating NFTs, and showcasing products as needed. The Stash House is just the first small piece of what will become a much larger metaverse (or what they refer to as TrooVRS).
This is considered to be the very first VR Experience created for the senior living market. Instead of constructing a sales center, our client opted to have the SPINE team construct the 40-acre property digitally (inside & out). It included the overall property/landscaping, the central park, the exteriors of all buildings (ALF, ILF, villas) and the most popular units within each building type.

We designed this showroom to highlight their Viatera & HI-MACS surfaces. This online configurator enables the user to walk through 8 different kitchens / bathrooms, assign materials to the flooring, walls, countertops, & cabinets for each, and print out their designs in PDF format. You also have the ability to walk into the slab showroom to see each of the materials up close.

Immersive experience created on the AltspaceVR platform. This hall (modeled after an old train station) welcomes new inductees & celebrates a century of developing the highest quality, proven lubricants and fuel additives. The intent was to showcase the different harsh environments they are designed to perform in (desert, winter, farmland).

SPINE was approached by Cartier to create a time-lapse VR experience. Using photos from their archives, we reconstructed the corner of Fifth Avenue and 52nd Street in 1910, 1970, & 2016. The main objective was to show the Cartier Mansion had remained unchanged or “timeless”.
